During 2020 and 2021, New Normal research mainly focused on the financial outcomes of the post-Covid-19 pandemic for the people. So far, Istanbul is one of the most impacted cities in Turkey. The lack of maintenance and general infrastructural issues assembled feculent cityscapes that accommodates closed shops, dirty streets, and rising poverty in the urban area.

'Last 148 Days' is a frame-based video piece containing 296 selected photographs taken in 2020 and 2021. The screening was in the context of 'Yapçak Bi’ Şey Yok!' exhibition as part of 'SENKRON: Synchronized Video Exhibitions' between 16-30 April 2021 in Darağaç, İzmir.
